can’t eat at everybody house
cabbage does not need vinegrette especially purple cabbage, it’s naturally sweet
plus you should not cook pork with that
i meant lamb cuz it’s very absorbent to flavors
and it makes it more acidic
i mean your meal is your meal but from a culinary standpoint
also you should not pan sear cabbage
or at the MOST cook it in something else like a stew
