Lithium is a heavy ass mood stabilizer. I've seen ppl get some crazy side effects from it like hand tremors, and uncontrollable thurst. Literally have seen ppl drink gallons of water during a dinner session.
And battery lithium and medical lithium are 2 different things lmao
I was on all sorts of antidepressants and mood stabilizers and lithium was never an option
