If you want an abridged version, basically the “people” who got “genocided” can be traced back to certain bloodlines, which if you study it deeply, are connected to giantsdemon hybrids. The people who lived in those places were descendants of these hybrid beings. When Genesis speaks of “Nephilim” they appear after the flood too. And their descendants are some who were eliminated.

It was common knowledge. Much of the history of this time was destroyed or lost. But this was all known at the time, and it was also known who descended from where. The hybrids are described explicitly in some texts like Enoch, and with features like long necks, very tall stature, a glowing aura or eyes, and even more reptilian features (descended from Seraphim angels), it would’ve been easy to identify them. Like I said, all of this was common knowledge. So much so it even exists in some forms in our modern fictionalized depictions. Attack on Titan is a perfect example.
