I define love as loving someone despite flaws and hardships and not changing them for you or you for them, being with someone who you can just be yourself around and feel at ease, and wanting to stay with them no matter what, feeling a deep sense of care and admiration for them

I agree with that definition. But when the couple starts getting in fights, and when they aren't in that honeymoon phase anymore, they are no longer loving them. So they aren't still in love by ur definition anymore
