People who do drugs or are addicted to alcohol don’t get help unless they want it.

The government offers these services for free.. they choose not to take it.

Outreach workers approach them and offer rehab services to those who are serious about it

The people who are serious about saving themselves are the ones worth the money we pay toward taxes.
