So maha khumbh was a huge festival

Its happening after 144yrs and devoted to Shiva

It ended on Shivaratri

You guys definitely have a lot of interesting festivals

Advaita Vedanta is claimed to be founded by someone from my state called Adi Shankaracharya. Tho the upanishads were written much before that

Advaita is also not the only hindu philosophy tho there are many, like several sub within advaita, within dvaita etc

I have a fondness for all of the olde religions, that feature a whole pantheon of deities
