I don't feel traumatized or anything from the procedure, but I can't imagine going through it as an adult. I guess, depending on anatomical dimensions, I feel like it is easier to clean. From a boys teasing perspective, any time "the boys" have seen uncut in the showerlocker room in high school and the military, it just gave reason to tease them (forever)

No man is going to get that done as an adult. By then, our nerves have the myelin sheath (which improves nerve signals) and would make it extremely painful. When you are a baby, your nerves lack myelin sheath.
Interesting about myelination.... we were taught in biology in college that the myelin sheath doesn't finish developing until later, like age 7 or 8. As part of the reason little kids lack hand eye coronation. But, maybe it's just motor skills lack, but pain still there as stated in your screenshot
