I haven't been taking my anti depressants for a while. I know that I should but I can't bring myself to take them.
How are you feeling without the medication
i never took medication i suffer alone
They helped me a bit in the beginning.
i guess they can but bad for heath, kidneys, have side effects and hard to get off
