As far as I can enlighten you, I believe samuel and judges was written first, around 960BC, whereas genesis was written eventually in Babylon around 600BC

I might be mixed in the facts but I learnt that Palestine was the Latinisation of the name of the philistines meant as an insult to the Jews because they were considered unclean at the time
