Take some allergy medicine everyday before bedtime
I tired that.. doc said it's not allergies it's something to do with fast weather changes.. they gave me spray that turns my sinuses off pretty much
I don’t go to docs. I just wing it but I have allergies all year long. It’s annoying

I used to be that way until it got so bad I couldn't stand it
