I motivate myself in different ways. If it's hard to get through the day, il treat myself after, think about how good my life is, or just try and give myself little objectives or things to think about
"This is the worst day ever, which means tomorrow will have to be better"
Set a budget for yourself. Start putting money away so you can save up for a special gift for yourself
I do save and I write a to do list in work everyday it’s satisfying ticking them off
