aww, that was me last night i went to sleep early
was in hotel with a friend
so I couldn't sleep until 8 am
fall sleep 8 am woke up 9:30

i would imagine they would be a pain the rear to wear but sleep apnea can be life threatening
how difficult it was for him to breath
but I told him he have to get the mask
it's difficult for others to sleep
