Do u guys have reccs with cookbook?

I have been using tablet 1 year for cognitive problem, but there is no changes in it. So I went to another hospital, they said the tablet is not working for me, so they want me admit and observe me for few days. They want to use injection treatment for that, but the cost effective is High. What should I do?
