I recently picked up a copy of the boy in the striped pyjamas with beautiful cover art, but it's stylised so it might not be for everyone
i really want to write a book one day with only animals in it, no people a soft little fairytale world where a squirrel wears a raincoat an owl writes poems all night, and everything is gentle and kind just a world made of love, magic, and quiet stories no noise, no hurt, only heart ๐ฅน

I love that you collect nice hardcovers too it makes revisiting stories even more special
