Im a foodie too but i eat my favourite foods only on Saturday nights and sundays
Rest of the days are normal food n water
Once you start controlling, it becomes a habbit
Eat putu , appam , less rice , add egg or chicken or fish to every neal
My employee gifted me these two chocolates but i havnt ate it , i will have one tomorrow night and other one on sunday
I lost 14 kgs in 2 months, now im stuck on 70kgs
