I went to a Chinese restaurant and seen them boiling 4 different types of meat in the same huge cooking pot I decided I’m better off those joints
If I don’t see how it’s made I don’t touch
There’s only a splitter between them which allows the broth of all types to roam around the pot
So yeah that’s the good stuff
