I went to a Chinese restaurant and seen them boiling 4 different types of meat in the same huge cooking pot I decided I’m better off those joints
If I don’t see how it’s made I don’t touch
There’s only a splitter between them which allows the broth of all types to roam around the pot
So yeah that’s the good stuff

No splitters are usually leakproof
If it does not have a gasket it’s not leakseepage proof
