New York has like 3 different drivers licenses. One is standard, one is what they call real id and the third is enhanced

Two of them donât allow you travel
Thatâs why I was so irritated. I paid money to switch my license from Florida to New York and they didnât tell me about it. Then I found out that they have 3 different ones and come may only one is valid for travel

The second time I went back and tried filing for the enhanced one for travel she denied my request and told me I didnât meet the requirements and I didnât have enough paperwork blah blah
