They took my real id from Florida and destroyed it right. Which I didn’t realize how many licenses New York State had, they have like 3 tiers of state licenses. Nobody told me this 😂

Dude I don’t know. I was raised in Florida I don’t know what the hell it was either
New York has like 3 different drivers licenses. One is standard, one is what they call real id and the third is enhanced
Two of them don’t allow you travel
That’s why I was so irritated. I paid money to switch my license from Florida to New York and they didn’t tell me about it. Then I found out that they have 3 different ones and come may only one is valid for travel
Like if I knew they didn’t just give you the required ID to start I wouldn’t have paid for it lmao. I would’ve bought the enhanced license and just dealt with the dmv once
The second time I went back and tried filing for the enhanced one for travel she denied my request and told me I didn’t meet the requirements and I didn’t have enough paperwork blah blah
I was about to tweak tbh. Like you literally took my already existing real ID from Florida. Shredded it, and now you’re gonna tell me I can’t get the correct license for travel in NY state? After not telling me to begin with in the first place
