It hurts when I turn my neck, breath, lay down and sitting up
That fortunately sounds like something else. When its a heart attack and the like its alway only servere chest pains.
The pain gets worse and my chest tightens when I turn my head.
That sounds like a muscle issue. A bizzarely servere one, but probably something that may go away on it's own.
