I’ve been having severe chest pains for the last half hour and it’s getting worse

If you start feeling any numbness in part make sure to let everyone know you need treatment immediately. Scream it out if you have to.

Because that means your having a stroke.

Oh great.

And every moment you wait may lead to serious irreversible nerve damage.

It hurts when I turn my neck, breath, lay down and sitting up

That fortunately sounds like something else. When its a heart attack and the like its alway only servere chest pains.

The pain gets worse and my chest tightens when I turn my head.

That sounds like a muscle issue. A bizzarely servere one, but probably something that may go away on it's own.

I hope that’s all it is.
