Ok. The Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson, the Grishaverse by Leigh Bardugo, anything by Grady Hendrix…
I second The Mistborn trilogy and add Tress of the Emerald Sea by the same author.
That was my first Sanderson book. I was trying to read through the whole Cosmere and got to Oathbringer and hit a wall. Haven’t picked it up in 6 months.
Someone recommended Oathbringer to me I can’t remember who but my friend told me it took her forever to get through it because she just couldn’t get into it
Needless to say, I haven’t read it. 😆
Meanwhile im reading "how to train your dragon" a kids chapter book😂😂
Oh, I’m sorry lol. If you’re just beginning your reading journey, I’d recommend shorter books.

I've started mistborn but having some trouble getting into it.
Different book but also struggling to get into it. Currently on page two of wuthering heights 😅 life keeps throwing curveballs
