I love how dreams multi task it all though, and so often gets sort of weird and jumbled as a result

I once shot a priest who was a math teacher also at my uni long back. Math was my fav subject and i had no issues with him. Still i dont know why he chased me and i had to shoot him. This dream is like 4yrs old😂😂

Can you control your dreams?

The symbolic language is a pain in the butt though

I've went through a lot of different levels of lucidity since I was 18. Had almost total control for a few years

It's not uncommon for the subconscious to find ways to overpower the speck of consciousness that is operating at that time. It's something that lifelong lucid dreamers often experience

Especially if there's significant trauma and unresolved feelings

Mi dreams are like a sequence. I start dreaming tonight what I ended dreaming in the morning

For example, starting in my 20s, I started to have the first of what would be over a decade of dreams about being stuck in sinking ships....and various plays upon the same scenario

And in my dreams, the ski is always black even if it’s daytime

I’ve never met anyone with the same thing

I've only known people who have had it happen in isolated instances

All I really know is that it does mean something significant....but what in particular is a little too personal for me to be able to pinpoint

My recurring dream is losing my teeth

That is a fascinating one! Since it is so common, and sort of universal across many cultures

For me it is fear

Or extreme anxiety

Yes, I thought that one was definitely a fear and anxiety driven one

Particularly social anxiety

I used to keep a dreams journal

That is an amazing practice! So valuable. I wish it was taught to everyone when they are kids

I've struggled to do so myself

I could tell what was happening in my life just by reading the dreams

It was exciting

Hell yeah, that's kinda what I've heard happens

Nowadays it’s nightmares often

I could definitely tell where I was in my healing process....lol 😂
