But it bc I worked graveyard shift for almost 10 years… n now I start at 3am and can’t fall asleep till 11pm so I wake up mad

Bc of my horrible sleep I tend to nap from 1pm to 4

Now I'm manager have to be up at 4 and am always up late

You got used to the other hours. That will interfere with sleep schedules for sure

My friend told me about some vanilla tea that’s supposed to help. I’m going to try that
