Bah j'aime pas dormir de base et j'arrive pas, et mon état mental n'aide vraiment pas en ce moment, j'arrête pas d'avoir re des pensée de m etc... Juste ca me fais chier. j'ai pas de raison particulière en soit, A part ma dépression que j'ai, fin je veux dire d'élément qui aurai pu faire ca

Mais bon déjà je fais pleins d'effort à coter stop le canna, medoc etc.. Ca peut jouer aussi sur mon sommeil etc...

Mais même sans je dormais avant, ducoup je ne comprends pas forcément le pq la

Non j’arrive pas à avaler les médicaments

le sommeil est très important pourtant, c’est sur que ça n’aide pas non plus quand le mental il ne suit pas.

au moins tu fais des efforts, c’est déjà ça à prendre, peut-être que ton corps réagit différemment que les fois précédentes
