Is it weird that I’ve never been to a gym

For sure. Only one other person turned up while I was there. And helps me sleep after good workout.

I’ve lost over 32kgs now without it but would like to loose about 3ish kgs still and thinking about the gym to try and tone the belly abit more too

Yeah toning can help. Can also find home exercises to assist to. Just have to be creative.

I like the flexibility and work out. Plus I don’t think I’d be comfortable with guys in a gym

It’s alright. It’s gentle on the body. It’s like weifgts, and can adjust the resistance as per your strength.

Don’t believe everything you read and listen too. Lol.
