From memory. (Was years ago). Marginally. Little workout. And always felt a lil sore next day. So knew it worked some muscles . Haha

I personally like to pretend my hip is fine till I can’t walk lol I don’t want surgery

If I need to I’ll do it but hip surgery and possible replacement at 35 is not something I’ll do unless it’s absolutely necessary
