Honestly my recommendation?

Water and veg

50% of body into ounces for water

Then eat a lot of good pickled and fermented vegetables

Also just aim for fresh vegetables

Then eat reasonably following the actual portion sizes

Eat slowly actually enjoy your food its not just fuel.

It all helps

You can't live all your life on veg and water

I mean you still add in your proteins lol

I live in a country where all our food is high complex carbs and protein is super expensive

You see thats why you need to find the cheapest source. Not all protien comes from meat

Chick peas and black beans are good for protein

You see unprocessed carbs is good though and better than all that ultra refined crap right?

Its like my bread i only eat whole wheat or grain breads

You can eat what you want if you have good metabolism
