What's delayed sleep phase?

I just have zero rem sleep. Cuz I wake up every hour without meds, and with 8 different meds I still only got 3hrs at once

I don’t get much rem sleep either because I wake up and toss and turn a lot

I’d never medicate myself to sleep. I did in the past and it messed up my mind.

For real it messed me up too

I can’t even take melatonin to sleep. It makes me so foggy the next day. I feel hungover

But not sleeping made me lose my mind too so idk at that point what was worse. I started hallucinating from the lack of sleep

It's choosing between bad and worse at that point

I can’t tell you how proud I am. I had a brief encounter with it during my wild phase but after I had realize the damage it did to me went cold turkey on such.
