To i tak dobrze, moja obecna dieta to wszystko co nie ucieka na drzewo 😏

🤓nadmiar białka, szczególnie z niezdrowych źródeł (np. czerwone, przetworzone mięso), może szkodzić — np. przyspieszać starzenie przez stan zapalny. Kluczowa jest też równowaga , dieta powinna zawierać dużo warzyw, zdrowych tłuszczów (omega-3!)
