U will sometime randomly recall the traumatic experience but with time u will eventually forget it's pain

I get true stuff by helping others

My life is one big joke.

But I wanna forget everything and not be paranoid

You cant forget everything

Some times we use memories to reinforce our self defense system

You don’t really ever get over it, the pain just lessens and you accept for what it is

If there will be a long time where we dont need to defend we will let our guards down

Some time we forget to defend because if our environment, or we feel like the surrounding is defending us
