Потом 10 вернулась, вес стал нормой, но мне все равно не нравится

За 2 мес это стресс

Сыр иногда жевала или огурец , если было желание покушать

Самое сложное в этом деле это потом удержать вес

Многих разносит опять

Там я вообще ничего не хотела и не понимала

Ну вот у меня когда все в норму вернулось, десятка пришла

В депрессухе часто так

Это реально надо в себе менять

У каждого свой подход

От чего у вас депрессия?

Муж не любит и бьет?

Я тяжело худею, но и набираю слава тапкам не быстро 😂

Я уже почти 1,4 года в своем весе , это рекорд

После короны набрал

Потом опять скинул

Прибила бы если бы руку поднял

Я короной легко переболела

Повезло

Девушки часто грешат

От таких надо сразу избавляться

Но я беременная ей болела, страшно было просто огого как

Поступила со схватками здоровая, тест сделали он положительный и не приняли в роддом
