Not sure how much I got but no way does it or will ever come close to prices when they keep making them go higher

I've been looking for a rental the bond is ridiculous to start with the prices of rentals and buying a house is out of control

Why they need 6 wks bond is ridiculous

my mortgage is half of what i was paying in rent it's insane

and that's with the rate hikes

Oh those hikes are bad soon they go up so does the rent

we're getting a rate cut in novemberdecember. watch the rent prices stay up because landlords suck ass

I was looking at driffent places Melbourne etc to see the difference

i think the rents are cheaper in melbourne compared to sydney

They say Syd is the most expensive places out of all the suburbs in NSW and Syd is the second most expensive place to live in the world hong Kong top the list

Second place pretty bad

Yeah don't know what to do

that's why i got out of sydney as soon as i could haha

Alot are doing exactly that

and then the rents will plummet because no one lives there haha

But I looked at Coffs and entrance outside the box for rentals all the same expensive now

and then everyone moves back and we're stuck in that vicious cycle lol
