I grew up in NY with Italians who would be mad if I called espresso a coffee

I guess that's why I'm pushing it lol

But yah back to vitamins. Next time you go to your doctor see if u can get a test to see what vitamins your lacking. It could even be simple dehydration that's making you exhausted easily
