Even if you realise the Truth of something, you necessrily may not be able to practise it, but that ralisation proabably would never leave you and has changed you. May its purpose is to help others who are in similar situation

I definitely have to be open about the sheer fact I'm simply a 44 year old woman with severe mental illness, who has been living outside of society, on the edge. I don't really know much about normal life besides observation
