The best thing I do for myself when life becomes too much is I go hiking. I hike a lot lol I try to not to focus on life so much

I got little kids. Like too little to take hiking lol

I used to enjoy going out and cruising in my car. Don't really have time for that anymore

I'd feel guilty going out on my own to enjoy myself though

I'd feel bad for leaving mom with the kids while I go f off doing something that's not productive

Idk if you exercise but working out at the gym is productive and you can’t take littles with you
