I've learnt that there's only one thing in life that's constant, and it's change

It's the very small decisions affecting our lives if we change them, sacrifice in the moment for the greater good. Things can improve over time.

^ also, the other one thing that will always remain constant is yourself 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 everyone will come and go but you remain in your life. This is why we should ALL be kinder to ourselves. After all, there’s only one 🫵🏻
